Extremely Disappointed – Damaged Product & Poor Service

I had a terrible experience with this order. I purchased two keychains, and both arrived damaged and completely unusable. This was especially disappointing since my previous purchase was good, which led me to trust the seller again — but this time it honestly felt like a scam.

The delivery was delayed by 10 days, and despite raising a complaint via WhatsApp, I got no response. Eventually, I had to contact the courier partner directly just to get my order.

Unfortunately, I didn't take an unboxing video, but given the lack of support and the poor condition of the items, I have no faith that approaching the seller would result in a replacement or refund.

I will never buy this product again and wouldn’t recommend it to others. Very disappointed.

To make the product glow, expose it to any light source (sunlight, tubelight, or torchlight) for 30 seconds. It will start to glow in dark.
