What are the terms of the Replacement and Refund Policy?

       Every product sold at miglowstore.in is covered under our 3-Day Replacement Policy. Notify us by WhatsApp us at 8788060851 about problems related to packaging issues or damages within 3 days from the date of delivery, and we will send a replacement product to you. If the shipping address is unserviceable due to any reason, then we will initiate the full refund.

      Please note that orders once processed cannot be cancelled. If your order is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete phone number or address, then you will be eligible for a partial refund (Total amount you paid minus Rs 100 for shipping). Alternatively, you can request us to resend your order with the updated phone number or address, but you will have to pay an additional Rs 50 for reshipping. If the customer rejects the order midway or while delivery, he/she will be eligible for a partial refund (Total refund minus shipping charges of Rs 100). If the customer is unavailable for receiving the order while delivery, he/she will be eligible for a partial refund (Total refund minus shipping charges of Rs 100). You can request us to resend your order again, but you will have to pay an additional Rs 50 for reshipping. 

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?

       If an order placed during a sale is initiated for refund by us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

       We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure. Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days and a refund as reward points will take 24-48 hours.

What is the Refund Policy for the Partially Paid Cash on Delivery (PP-COD) order? 

      Customers have the flexibility to pay a partial amount for their Cash on Delivery (COD) orders during the booking process on our website (miglowstore.in). The remaining balance is settled by the customer at the time of delivery.

  • The partial amount paid during order placement is non-refundable.
  • This policy ensures that we can efficiently manage our logistics and operational costs.

      A customer is eligible for a partial payment refund only if their shipping address is unserviceable. In such cases, we will promptly process the refund for the partial amount paid during order booking. Notify us by WhatsApp us at 8788060851.
