I have not received my product, neither refund. No one is responding

Received a wrong product, and when I tried contacting the customer care on whatsapp and email I received no response. If my issue is not rectified I might not be making any future purchases from ya'll. Very disappointed.
Have very little hopes that even after giving a review now I'll get a response and my issue will be rectified.

This band was a free gift from the mi glow store. It doesn't glow that much in the dark as compared to their other products. But it was a gift so that's fine i guess.
