Even though I kept this clock under tubelight for 6 hours, the glow in the night time is just for 2 hours maximum.. Glow is fades away very very quickly. So u cant see time at night.. If u want to see time at anytime in the night then this is not for you.. don't buy.. waste of money..
Regarding customer care service they won't even respond in any platform like Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. Even you call them, they won't attend. Even they attend your call, they won't speak. Very very very poor customer service. Please see attached screenshots.
Mainly after purchasing of products service and no customer care number available. After sales service is worst. Also product delivery also most of 7 to 10 days. Also return of products facility not available. Please improve this category.
